Blue Water Organics was founded in 2007 by two local Brown City families: the Chaputs and the Slabaughs.  Our mission is to provide the very best, freshly picked organic produce to our friends and neighbors across the Southeast Michigan area.

   All our produce is grown on Edna and Elmer Slabaugh’s Amish family farm,
   which has been certified by the National Organic Program for ten years 
   (www.ams.usda.gov), and is harvested and delivered to you by  Lee and
   Melissa Chaput*
